Pulse Star OC

This Sword wielding OC Is a light attribute That He uses to power up his fencing sword to stab or slash his enemies.

Back story-Pulse star is blind from a training accident so he took advance lessons from tutors who could only say that he has potential but its very far away, hearing that pulse star set out on a journey etc.

Update- I really don't like doing this but i put some minor changes only cause i was missing a few things.
